It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Joseph Jerome Ryan (Mississauga, Ontario), who passed away on September 30, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael and Josephine Ryan of Annagh; his former wife Harriette; his grandchildren, James, Emily, Michael Earle, Frankie, Anthony Fragassi, Charlotte and Andrew Willis; and his sisters, Margaret Hanly, Eileen Fitzpatrick, Mary Coffey, Sr., Ann Ryan, Joan Ryan of Limerick and Tipperary.
He is survived by: his wife Martha; his children, Michelle Ryan, Rosemary Earle (Robin), Angelo Fragassi (Melodie) and Margaret Willis (Kerr); his sister Nora Lonergan (late Patrick) of Newport; and his sister-in-law Mary Goudy (late Peter). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Turner & Porter - Neweduk - Erin Mills Chapel (1981 Dundas St W, Mississauga, ON L5K1R2). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Ignatius Loyola Church (2300 Burnhamthorpe Rd W, Mississauga, ON L5L3T6).
