We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2025, Mira De Luca (Mississauga, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Mira farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Mira is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Valerie (Joe) and Frank (Franca); her grandchildren, Dannielle (Kevin), Matthew (Alicia), John, Stephanie (Cameron) and Jennifer; her great grandchild Calleigha; and her husband John.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Scott Funeral Home Mississauga Chapel (420 Dundas St E, Mississauga, ON L5A1X5). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Leo's Catholic Church (277 Royal York Rd, Toronto, ON M8V2V8). An entombment was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (7300 ON-27, Woodbridge, ON L4L1A5).
