We are sad to announce that on July 23, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Norman Leverne Welsh of Mississauga, Ontario. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Welsh and Mervin Welsh. He is survived by: his siblings, Keith (Melody), Dave, Carol Toms (John), Don (Phylis) and Ron (Gigi); his wife Debbie Apps; and his grandchildren, Kaitee, Cali, Edward, Ember, Quinn and Levi.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion – Branch 123 (223 Nichol St W, Waterford, ON N0E1Y0).
In memory of Norm, donations to SPCA to benefit animals, would be appreciated.
