Olga left this world on January 13, 2026 at the age of 94, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wasyl of Zelenyi Hai and Mary Kozak of Zelenyi Hai; her husband Nicholas Dvernechuk; and her brothers, Walter and Eugene Stasiuk.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Kathleen) of Oakville, Linda (late David Smith) of Mississauga and Barb of Port Colborne; her grandchildren, Michael, Derek (Stephanie), Mark (Jaclyn), Nicholas (Erica) and Stephanie; and her great grandchildren, Emma, Abigail, Miller, Mavis and Evelyn.
In lieu of flowers, Olga's family would appreciate donations in her memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Trillium Health Partners Foundation, or St. Demetrius Ukrainian Orthodox Church.
