He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Karel Hosek and Pavla Hosek; his wife Marie Hosek; his children, Monika Patterson (Barry Patterson), Zachary (Cindy), Eric (Alyssa) and Paul Hosek (Natalia Antunes); his grandchildren, Isaac and Sophia; and his brother Petr.
