He is survived by: his wife Dania; his daughter Zorianna (Mattia); his pet Maui; his parent Anastazia Potoczny; his parents-in-law, Wasyl and Hania Motyliwski; his siblings, Yuri (Hania), Kathy (Mike) and Darka (Jamie); his godchildren, Adrian and Luka; and his nieces and nephews, Danylko, Nathan, Lilijana and Alexandra.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Turner & Porter Peel Chapel (2180 Hurontario St, Mississauga, ON L5A3Y3). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Mary's Ukrainian Church (3625 Cawthra Rd, Mississauga, ON L5A2Y4).
