He is survived by : his daughters, Lee, Ruth (Tony) and Lynn (Ian); his family, Victoria, Bermuda, Inuvik, Gander and Ottawa; his wife Anna; his stepdaughters, Melanie (Dean), Dawn and Lorelei; his grandchildren, Marianne, Taylor (Casey), Shelby (Doug), Patrick (May), Amanda (Mike), Michael and Matthew; his great grandchildren, Claire, Ella, Theo and Leo; and his sister-in-law Sandra.
