He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Madeline, Laura (Marc) and James; his grandsons, Alexander Rizik, Eric Raine and Nathan James; and his siblings, Essa Salamah, Najwa, Laila Qubti, Marie, Latifa, Tamam and Asma. He is also survived by extended family and lifelong friends.
