In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Rita leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Rita may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph McLeod. She is survived by: her children, Kelly McLeod, Colleen McLeod (Frank Tobin), Joey McLeod and Danielle Stockley (Peter); and her grandchildren, Fraser, Tammy, Joey, Krysta, Aireus and Chey. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Vie Turner & Porter - Neweduk - Erin Mills Chapel (1981 Dundas St W, Mississauga, ON L5K1R2).
