Rosa Murphy Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rosa Murphy (Mississauga, Ontario), who passed away on May 5, 2026 at the age of 54. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rosa Murphy to pay them a last tribute.

She is survived by: her parents, Giacinto Cassaro and Cesarina Cassaro; her husband Rick; her children, Hannah and Brennan; her siblings, Mary Curitti and Nick Cassaro (Krista); her niece Ava; her nephews, Jeffrey, Cameron, Reid and Noah; her mother-in-law Mary Ellen Murphy (late Gerald); and her close friend Rosanna Marangoni. She is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Scott Funeral Home Mississauga Chapel (420 Dundas St E, Mississauga, ON L5A1X5). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Saint Francis of Assisi Church (2473 Thorn Lodge Dr, Mississauga, ON L5K1K8). An entombment will be held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 from 12:45 PM to 1:00 PM at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (7300 ON-27, Woodbridge, ON L4L1A5).
