We are sad to announce that on November 24, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Rosario Agnel Sylvestre Fernandes (Mississauga, Ontario). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nascimento Fernandes and Basilia Rosa Fernandes; and his sisters, Melba and Cynthia. He is survived by: his wife Renée; his children, Richard and Denise; his son-in-law Erik; his grandchildren, Jacob and Greta; and his sister Phina.

Visitation was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Turner & Porter Neweduk-Erin Mills Chapel (1981 Dundas St W, Mississauga, ON L5K1R2). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Merciful Redeemer Parish (2775 Erin Centre Blvd, Mississauga, ON L5M5W2). Please RSVP by emailing fernandesmemorial@gmail. com with the names and number of people attending by Dec. 4th, 2025.

In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made on behalf of Rosario to the Canadian Cancer Society (http://www.cancer.ca) or to the Save the Children Foundation (http://www.savethechildren.ca).
