Saša Žegarac Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Saša Žegarac of Mississauga, Ontario, who passed away on October 12, 2025, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Saša departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Saša may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Saša leaves behind.

He is survived by: his parents, Nedeljka Zegarac (Seka) and Jovo Zegarac; his spouse Milana; his sister Sanja (Predrag); and his sibling's children, Iva, Aleksandra and Oliver.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Scott Funeral Home Mississauga Chapel (420 Dundas St E, Mississauga, ON L5A1X5). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the All Serbian Saints Orthodox Church (2520 Dixie Rd, Mississauga, ON L4Y2A5). A burial will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Glen Oaks Memorial Gardens (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8).
