Sophia Voutsis Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 10, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Sophia Voutsis of Mississauga, Ontario. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Manolis Frangiadakis and Elpitha Frangiadakis; and her husband Dr. Demetre Voutsis. She is survived by: her sister Mary Riakiotakis (Frangiadakis) of Heraklion; her children, Kimon "Jerry" Voutsis (Venetia "Vena" Koutsaris) of Mississauga, Irene (Voutsis) and Schulz (Courtney Schulz) of Mason, Ohio.; and her grandchildren, Maryelle, Demetre, Matthew, Sophia and Andrew.

Viewing was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Prophet Elias Greek Orthodox Church (1785 Matheson Blvd, Mississauga, ON L4W1V2). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 4:15 PM at the Glenview Memorial Gardens (7541 Hwy 50, Woodbridge, ON L4L1A5).

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations in Sophia's memory to Dorothy Ley Hospice, in gratitude for their compassionate care.
