She was predeceased by: her husband Rudolph Zubowski; her parents, Kost Chimko and Anna Chimko; and her siblings, Metro, Sam, Peter, Andy, Tony, Pearl Sorobey, Mary Dmetruik, Anne Krupka, Ollie Sandberg and OBvXZ.
She is survived by: her sons, Louis (Maureen) and Stephen; and her granddaughter Leanne. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Assumption Catholic Funeral Home (6933 Tomken Rd, Mississauga, ON L5T1N4). A celebration of life was held on Monday, January 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
