He was predeceased by: his parents, Wladyslaw Koziol and Helena Koziol; and his sibling Michal Koziol. He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his son Zbigniew; and his siblings, Maria Kolonko, Jan Koziol and Antoni Koziol.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Turner & Porter - Peel Chapel (2180 Hurontario St, Mississauga, ON L5A3Y3). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Maximilian Kolbe Church (4260 Cawthra Rd, Mississauga, ON L4Z1V8). An entombment will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Assumption Catholic Cemetery (6933 Tomken Rd, Mississauga, ON L5T1N4).
