He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Hong-Oanh; his children, Linh (Jeffrey), Huy (Sharon) and Van (Mike); his grandchildren, Joshua, Theo, Charlotte and Audrey; and his siblings, Hien-Nang, Van Tri, Quoc Quang, Thi Huong and Phuoc Thanh.
