He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Chehadi; and his siblings, Tony and Georgette. He is survived by: his son Michael (Megan); his grandson Mateo; and his siblings, Marie, Rene and Nellie.

Visitation was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Turner & Porter - Peel Chapel (2180 Hurontario St, Mississauga, ON L5A3Y3). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Lebanon Church (1515 Queen St W, Toronto, ON M6R1A5). A burial was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Assumption Catholic Cemetery (6933 Tomken Rd, Mississauga, ON L5T1N4).
