He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Alice and Francis Gervin; and his siblings, John (late Rita), Brendan (late Mary), Séamus and Peggy (late Kevin).
He is survived by: his wife Anne Gervin; his children, Kelly Gervin Raizer (Jeffrey Raizer) and Barry Gervin (Caroline Gervin); his grandchildren, Claire, Fiona, Jordan, Adam and Maeve; and his brothers, Francis "Frankie" (late Eleanor) and Gerald (late Bernadette). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Donations in Tommy's memory may be made to the Trillium Health Partners Foundation or Sharelife.
