He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Artero and Ana Artero. He is survived by: his wife Elsie; his children, Lisa and Victor Jr. (Lhaiza); his daughter-in-law Lhaiza; and his grandchildren, Mason and Mikaila. He is also survived by the many nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends.
