He was predeceased by : his former life partner Barbara. He is survived by : his children, Adam, Conrad (Anita) and Delfina (Grzegorz Swieckowski); his grandchild Dziadek; his wife Rita (Piglas); and his close friends, Bernie, Chester and Joe.
