We are sad to announce that, on February 18, 2020, at the age of 89, William Douglas Proctor (Mississauga, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Vivian; his sons, Brady and Andrew; and his siblings, Bernice, Elsie, Grace, Joan, Margaret, Millicent and Alexander. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews.

Donations to the Salvation Army would be appreciated by the family.
