He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret O'Neill and William Mullen of Delvin; his brothers, John (Nellie), Martin, Jim (Alice), Matthew (Margaret) and Vincent (Elizabeth); and his sister-in-law Carmel.
He is survived by: his brother Tim; and his sister-in-law Bea (Bridget). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Assumption Funeral Home (6933 Tomken Rd, Mississauga, ON L5T1N4). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family would be grateful for donations in Dan's memory to Covenant House Toronto or the Trillium Health Partners Foundation in support of palliative care, or by donating blood to Canadian Blood Services in his honour.
