She was predeceased by: her husband John "Jack" Forrest; her parents, Milton Jordan and Maggie Jordan; her son Perry Forrest; and her siblings, Olive, Edward "Ted", Elleanor, Norma and Robert "Bob".
She is survived by: her children, Greg Forrest (Carole), Carol Rivait (Marc) and Jenny Forrest (Jamie Reiach); her grandchildren, Russell (Victoria), Audree (Marc), Kristina, Justin and Mary; and her sister Lois. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
