He was predeceased by: his grandson Kelly; his parents, Roy Kistner and Idella Kistner; his brother Ken Kistner; his father-in-law Jim Clarke; and his brother-in-law Marty Bradshaw.
He is survived by: his spouse Kim Kistner; his children, Kevin Kistner (Heather) and Khristopher Kistner (Jessica); his grandchildren, Jamie, Aden, Celena and Caylee; his brother Allen Kistner (Deanna); his mother-in-law Ruth Ann Clarke; his sisters-in-law, Caroline Kistner, Kathy Bradshaw and Heather Clement (Darrell); his aunts, Grace Brodhagen and Heather Fitzsimmons; and his uncle Steven Konarski. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lockhart Funeral Home (109 Montreal St, Mitchell, ON N0K1N0). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
