He was predeceased by: his grandson Kelly; his parents, Roy Kistner and Idella Kistner; his brother Ken Kistner; his father-in-law Jim Clarke; and his brother-in-law Marty Bradshaw.
He is survived by: his spouse Kim Kistner; his children, Kevin Kistner (Heather) and Khristopher Kistner (Jessica); his grandchildren, Jamie, Aden, Celena and Caylee; his brother Allen Kistner (Deanna); his mother-in-law Ruth Ann Clarke; his sisters-in-law, Caroline Kistner, Kathy Bradshaw and Heather Clement (Darrell); his aunts, Grace Brodhagen and Heather Fitzsimmons; and his uncle Steven Konarski. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
