He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Anne Phillips; his parents, Orval Phillips and Luella Phillips; his siblings, Helen Phillips and Jack Phillips; and his sister-in-law Allie Hendra (Gordon).
He is survived by: his children, Mark (Tracey), Morah (Dave), Laurie and Andrew (Jackie); his grandchildren, Tina (Brad), Allie, Gabriella (Ben), Chris, Matt (Lexie), Nikki (Andrew), Jesse, Maggie and Stephanie; his great grandchildren, Evelyn, Charlotte, Cassidy, Logan, Ellie, Aryana, Ryeker and Doreen; and his sister-in-law June Phillips. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Lockhart Funeral Home (109 Montreal St, Mitchell, ON N0K1N0). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
