She was predeceased by: her former husband Howard Kummer; her parents, John Alles and Mary Louise Alles; her siblings, Bob Alles, James Alles (Alma), Edward Alles (Elenor), Ruth Cosstick (Stan), Edith Bauer (Albert) and Dorothy Luckhardt; and her brother-in-law Don Schenck.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Kummer, Linda Reis (Don), Bonnie Kummer and Murray Kummer (Aida); her grandchildren, Sarah and Eric; her sister Betty Schenck; her siblings-in-law, Pearl Alles and Lorne Luckhardt; and her husband John. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Lockhart Funeral Home (109 Montreal St, Mitchell, ON N0K1N0). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
