He was predeceased by : his wife Joyce Miller; his parents, Wilbur Miller and Annie Miller; and his siblings, Russell (Margaret), Ken, Jim (Dorothy), Dorothy Duncan (Ken) and Jean Duncan (Jack).

He is survived by : his children, Karen Dolmage (Rick), Steve Miller (Sharon) and Shirley Van Bakel (Monty); his grandchildren, Phillip (Andrea), Kevin (Natalie), Muranda and Murissa (Jamie); and his great grandchild Henry. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
