She was predeceased by: her husband Murray Hunt; her grandson Kaeden; her parents, David Schellenberger and Venetta Schellenberger; and her siblings, Harry (Margaret), Earl (Joyce), Leo (Vi), Donald (Isabel), Jean Wilker (Ed), Audrey Cole (Lloyd) and Lois Easun (Alfred).
She is survived by: her children, Kim Horst (Steve) and Kevin Hunt (Kim); and her grandchildren, Becky (Jeff), Heather (Arnim), Keegan (Paige) and Kason. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Lockhart Funeral Home (109 Montreal St, Mitchell, ON N0K1N0). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
