She is survived by : her spouse Martinus Otten; her children, Jackie Smitjes (Ray), Angie Schmidt (Henry), Connie Neven (Steve), Martin Otten (Andrea), Aileen Pennings (Jarrett) and Sharon Koopman (Mark); her sisters, Frances Van Eyk, Alice Van Pelt (Arend) and Grace Benjamins; and her sisters-in-law, Darlene Meinen and Frances Timmermans (Peter). She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
