He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillie Henderson and Martin Rock; his stepfather John Williams; his brother Laverne Rock; and his stepsiblings, Ben Williams and Shirley Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer (Denis Lariviere), Eric (Naomi), Tiffany and Stan; the parent of his children Gail; his grandchildren, Justin, Isabelle, Jonah, Joshua, Owen, Brody and Hailey; his sisters, Pauline Williams (Wilf Sukowski) and Darlene (Dennis Dalton); his wife Helen; and his siblings-in-law, Elmer Johnson and Ellen Williams.
