He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harper and Edith Harper; and his sister Connie Wakon. He is survived by: his siblings, Floyd (Ruth) and Brenda Vink (Lawrence); and his brother-in-law Robert Wakon.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Lockhart Funeral Home (109 Montreal St, Mitchell, ON N0K1N0). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
