She was predeceased by: her parents, Antoon Verberk and Katerina Verberk; her siblings, Jan, Lies, Bets (Henk), Jeanne and Lambert; and her brothers-in-law, Ben, Jan (Anny) and Louw.

She is survived by: her spouse Gerry Weemen; her children, Lisette Weemen (Otto), Marco Weemen (Brenda) and Gerdina Goodyer (Mike); her grandchildren, Andrew (Robin), Stephanie, Baylie, Danika, Cash, Evan, Dan (Sarah), Stefanie and Dante; her great grandchildren, Lucas, Evelyn, Gemma, Tyler, Alex, Georgia, Paizley, Seth and Dane; her siblings, Nelly, Doortje, Riet (Arnold) and Tiny (Anne-Marie); and her siblings-in-law, Maria (Will) and Tiny (Wilma).
