He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Derek Funston. He is survived by: his sons, Chase and Luke; his parents, Andy Jorissen and Mary Jorissen; his sister Donna Funston (Trevor); his nephews, Dylan, Jordan and Cody; and his stepdaughter Madison Byers. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Society, SickKids Hospital, or the Living Wish Foundation in memory of Dave.
