It is with sadness that the passing of Janet Forrester (Mono, Ontario) is shared. Janet, born on June 14, 1941, passed away on September 9, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Janet will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honour Janet by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Janet is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Janet’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Forrester; and her sister Anita. She is survived by: her son Colin (Joan); her grandchildren, Mark (Melissa Cortes) and Arron (Tyler Robinson); and her niece Adele. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (14 Cemetery Rd, Mono, ON L9W2Z1).
