He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Sr. and Mary; and his siblings, Frank and Pam. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley; his son Matthew (Sarah); his granddaughters, Vivian and Hannah; his sister Linda (John); his sisters-in-law, Sharon and Glenda; and his pet Jaxx. He is also survived by Uncle Tom will be missed by many nieces and nephews.
