He is survived by: his wife Kate Amyot; his children, Adam, Ben Vandervelde, Zoe and Sophie Amyot; his parents, Katharina Vandervelde (Kathy) and Henry Vandervelde (Hank); his brother Brian (Jodi); his nieces and nephews, Alexandria and Jack; his brother Jeff; and his nieces and nephews, Emmalies, Julia and Matthew.
