He was predeceased by: his wife Carol Chalker; and his siblings, Betty Beane, Pauline Barry, James and Allen Chalker.
He is survived by: his children, Tim (Diena) of Arnprior, Mark of Morrisburg and Cindy Runions (Ric) of Nepean; his grandchildren, Derek (Kyla), Ryan (Natalie), Kendra (Dan), Maddy and Jamie; and his great grandchildren, Grayson, Declan, Theodore and Tommy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
