He was predeceased by: his former wife Gladys; his wife Patricia; his son Philip; his parents, Albert and Beatrice (UK); and his brother Norman (UK).
He is survived by: his sons, David (Margaret), Shelley and Michael; his daughter-in-law Donna; his stepchildren, Rob (Grace) and Pam (George); and his siblings, Eric and Susan (Chris). He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
