He was predeceased by: his father Patrick "Pat" Lively. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Lively; his children, Cole (Alyssa) and Vanessa; his grandchildren, Kingston and Piper; the mother of his children Kelly; and his siblings, Stacey (Don), Lance (Nellie), Nick (Tina) and Sarah (Adam). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at 3948 Elgin Rd, Mossley, ON N0L1V0.
