She was predeceased by: her husband David Couch; and her parents, Charles Bartsch and Edith Bartsch. She is survived by: her children, Daryl Couch (Penny), Lori Pratt (Mark) and Jacqueline Driver (Bruce); her grandchildren, Josh Pratt (Angela Salamanca), Keri Pratt, Ashley Schmutz (Jeremy), Wesley Couch, Hannah Driver, Mitchell Driver, Titus, Francis and Winry; and her close friend Phyllis Reed. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, cousins.
In tribute to mom and dad, we ask that donations be made to the Alzheimer Society or the A.L.S. Society.
