We are sad to announce that on March 27, 2021, Phillip John Smalley (Mount Albert, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Smalley and Gladys Smalley; and his sister Anne (late Morley). He is survived by: his wife Beth (Mitchell); his children, Michael (Kelly) and Jennifer (Randy); his grandchildren, Mitchell and McKenna; his siblings, Marietta (late Ken), Jim (Donna) and Pat (Rick); and his grandson Kellen.
