He was predeceased by : his parents, George Smalley and Gladys Smalley; and his sister Anne (late Morley). He is survived by : his wife Beth (Mitchell); his children, Michael (Kelly) and Jennifer (Randy); his grandchildren, Mitchell and McKenna; his siblings, Marietta (late Ken), Jim (Donna) and Pat (Rick); and his grandson Kellen.

In Phil's memory, donations may be made to the Heart Function Clinic at Southlake Regional Health Centre or to the charity of your choice.
