He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Moore and Joyce Moore; his sisters, Sandy and Barb; and his son-in-law Patric.
He is survived by: his wife Lynda; his daughters, Lisa (Rob), Krista (Wade), Melissa (Trevis), Michelle (Mark) and Danielle; and his caregivers, Joanne and Phil.
