It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert Lorne Loker of Mount Brydges, Ontario, who passed away on April 25, 2026, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Herbert's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Herbert's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may he find rest in the embrace of eternity.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Loker and Edna Loker; and his siblings, Edna Millar, Nellie Taylor, Bill and David Loker.
He is survived by: his spouse Marion; his child Laurie Murphy (Geoffrey Giles); his granddaughter Caitlin Murphy (Justin Aspinall) of Townsville Australia; and his sister Esther Moore of Collingwood. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A reception was held on Tuesday, April 28th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Elliott-Madill Funeral Home (22424 Adelaide Rd, Mount Brydges, ON N0L 1W0).
