It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Dustin Simeon Doxtator (Mount Brydges, Ontario), who passed away on September 20, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sister Georgia; and his grandparents, Ether Deleary, William Antone and Alice Doxtator. He is survived by: his children, Phillip Jr., Kayson and Oaklynn; his parents, Clayton Doxtator and Denise Deleary; his siblings, Rene, Aaron and Colin; and his grandmother Karen Deleary. He is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Elliott-Madill Funeral Home (22424 Adelaide Rd, Mount Brydges, ON N0L 1W0). A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
