He was predeceased by : his wife Betty Bilton; his parents, Milford Bilton and Gladys Bilton; his siblings, Harold Bilton (Verna), Laverne Bilton (Phyllis), Wallace Bilton and Raymond Bilton (Helene); and his siblings-in-law, Lloyd Litt, Jim Weiser, Bob Weiser and Thelma Weiser.
He is survived by : his children, Deborah Livingstone (Mike), Jeff Bilton (Donna) and Michael Bilton (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Christine (Alex), Jennifer (Darryl), Avery, Lauren, Catherine (Russell) and Carolyn; his great grandchildren, Kenzie, Sebastian and Lincoln; his sister Lois Litt; and his sisters-in-law, Maemie Bilton and Marcia Weiser. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
