He was predeceased by: his brothers, Ken and Carl. He is survived by: his sons, David (Brandy) and Dale (Betty); his granddaughter Lydia; his siblings, Ed (Kathy) and Jane (John); his sister-in-law Nancy; and his nieces and nephews, Carla, Krista, Jeff, Dan, Mike, Steven, Chris and Jesse.
