She was predeceased by : her husband John Donald "J. D."; her parents, Donald Ross and Flora Ann Ross; her siblings, Alex Ross, Jim Ross, Sinclair Ross (Marie), Mary McWaters (Ed) and Kay Langlands (Bill); and her friend Jim Wright.

She is survived by : her children, Suzanne Love (Ray) of Holstein, Terry Ross (Barb) of Minto, Fay Robertson (Alan) of Minto and Doug Ross (Nancy) of Chatham; her grandchildren, Christy Love (Steve Plume), Aaron Love (Sue), Tiffany Love, Todd Ross (Karen), Andrew Ross (Ellisha), Trevor Batte (Fiona), Candice Blake (Tyler), Mark Robertson (Tawnya) and Chelsea Ross; and her great grandchildren, Ben Plume, Georgia Plume, Kate Ross, Adam Ross, Ethan Batte, Olivia Batte, Vanessa Batte, Charlotte Blake, Elizabeth Blake, Ava Robertson, Aubree Robertson and Drew Robertson.
