She was predeceased by : her father Carl Gervais. She is survived by : her son Josh Henshaw (Tygr Cummings); her grandchildren, Izzabelle and Matthew Henshaw (Ashley); her great grandchild Joshua; and her mother Joyce Gervais. She is also survived by her extended family and many friends.
