He was predeceased by : his parents, Johan Brouwers and Maria Brouwers; his siblings, Ted Brouwers (Corrie), Geil Brouwers (Jaantje), Bill Brouwers (Nellie), Bert Brouwers (Riki), Johan Brouwers (Meike), Gerarda Kuijpers (Marinus), Truus Vanderhayden (Jan), Gilia Van (Hans), Boogaart, Doortje Van (Piet) and Burgt; and his siblings-in-law, Joanne Plas, Al Van Goch (Madeline) and Bill Vanderhayden.

He is survived by : his wife Anna Brouwers; his sons, Paul Brouwers (Stephanie) and Steve Brouwers (Crystal); his stepdaughter Martha Motta (John); his grandchildren, Bill Brouwers (Deanna Ditner), Shelby Brouwers, Baleigh Brouwers, Abbeygale Brouwers, Ava Brouwers, Cayden Brouwers and Sky Brouwers; his sister Dina Vanderhayden; and his siblings-in-law, Adrian VanGoch (Sharon), Marlene Holland (Gary), Pat Noonan (Mike) and Herman Plas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
