He was predeceased by : his father Michael Middleton. He is survived by : his mother Cherylann Brooks (Dan McCracken) of Mount Forest; his sister Sarah Middleton of Mount Forest; his stepsibling Karrissa McCracken of Ayton; his aunts and uncles, April Hancock of Hanover, Jack Smith (Michelle Farrow) of Guelph, Liz Kaufman (Guy) of Seaforth and Jamie McCracken (Jennifer Campbell) of Tiverton; and his stepgrandmother Carolyn McCracken of Chesley.
